Our Homes
All our MyPad homes are in Kempston, Bedford. We offer ‘all-inclusive’ rooms so all bills are covered by your rent – including high speed WiFi and hardwired broadband for times when you are working from home or gaming.
The houses are serviced – so there is a weekly clean to help you keep on top of things in the communal areas and a gardener to take care of the outdoors so you can just relax out there.
We are very mindful of your security with gas and electrical certificates as well as an integrated fire alarm and fire doors – all fully tested to legal requirements.
We have awesome shared spaces and lovely bedrooms – we want you to find the room that is right for you. What do you prefer to do? Relax on the patio, chill in your room, watch a film with other Padders? Whether you are the next champion of British Bake Off or a whizz with the microwave, our well-appointed kitchen will mean you can get on with it. We provide everything from plates to baking trays – and you also get allocated kitchen cupboards and fridge/freezer shelves.
Friendly semi-detached home with character. Parking to the front and a large, sunny, well-established garden with patio, BBQ, bike shed, flower beds and a beautiful apple tree. There are 6 bedrooms – 5 ensuite and one ‘off suite’. The large kitchen has plenty of natural light, a view down the garden, a breakfast bar, corner sofa and tv plus two hobs/ovens in case it gets busy.
